To create a clean joomla template, you should know the CSS class and ID names which are used by joomla when creating HTML output.
Joomla CSS Guide is a new website which offers a free visual guide on joomla core CSS classes.
You can browse the CSS list by component, module and mambot name. There is also an A-Z joomla CSS list provided.
