JoomlArt.com has just updated JA Submit - the best Joomla Content submissions component to V2.1

JA Submit 2.1 comes out with lot of bugs fixed and new features. Admin now can specify categories where contents will be published and select users groups whose submissions can be be published instantly. Another nice feature is enable/disable "resized images" function

New features

More enhanced user's interface and accessibility.
Ability to enable or disable the automatically resized images.
Ability to select categories where contents will be published after submitting successfully.
Ability to select users groups which contents will be published after submitting successfully.
Add more languages: Spanish, French, German and Brazilian-Portuguese.
Modified the english.php language file in the language folder.
Removed some unnecessary messages that may cause confuse to users.

Fixed bugs

Limited number of categories.
Installation and Uninstallation error

Installation & Upgrade

New installation

Install normally as other Joomla component (Admin Panel: Installers -->> Components)

Upgrade from all previous version

Uninstall the old component and make a new installation.

+ Brazilian - Portuguese

Notes:

Some language files are incomplete because new phrases are added during development.

Ja Submit V2.0 - Damaged Mambo452!

I downloaded Ja Submit about two weeks ago at version 2.0, antd tried to install the component using the standard procedure in Mambo backend. Although it's recommended for Joomle and Mambo i encountered huge problems.

The install resulted in a total mess, damaging the website beyond repair. Later a helping support person of our host gave it a try... Same result, totally messed up the site for a second time!

Are you sure this component is safe and free of such kind of huge bugs? Are you 100% sure it is Jooma AND Mambo comptible without risking to break our site again?
