Brian Diaz has created "Dreamweaver Mambo Template Extension and Tutorial Kit", and is available for sale at his site http://www.howtomambo.com/.
With an investment of $125, you get the Dreamweaver template, video
tutorials, and sample templates. Brian wrote "We will continue to add features to help improve
productivity and ease of use. We also will continue to support the
Mambo Community thru GPL and added value products and help where
needed." Even if you don't plan on buying the dreamweaver extension kit, be sure
and take a look at his website, he has a copy of the mambo schema, and
various tips on templates in general.
