Joomlashack has just released a fresh new set of 10 template designs for Joomla!
The template set called "voodoo!" is loaded with lightweight powerful features such as Lightbox JS integration and CSS Image replacement for those modules you can't quite balance with plain text, not to mention SEO optimization.
Voodoo! comes with thorough documentation, tutorials, Fireworks source files and a dynamic text/layout switcher. This table-less XHTML valid design comes in a variety of 10 color themes and has been tested to work in all major browsers with all popular Joomla! components such as Virtuemart, Community Builder and Mosets, just to name a few.

Joomlalingo have recently released a new addition to their Joomla template collection called ROCK.
ROCK is the July 2006 template for the Joomlalingo template club. ROCK template comes with a nature type of look and design and can be used for just about anything even company profile sites or another business site just by changing up the header image.

Joomplates.com released MP Howje, a very lightweight, fast loading and clean template.
MP Howje is made for news pages, blogs, communities or other content focused websites. The template package includes two versions: A two colums template optimized for screenresolutions of 800x600 (or above) and a three colums version for screenresolutions of 1024x768 or higher. Both versions based on tableless (X)HTML 1.0 and CSS 2.0 valid code.
The template provides space for six different modulepositions: user 1, user 2, user 3, left, right and banner and can be used for Joomla version 1.0 or above and Mambo 4.5.1 or above.
