today. Deep Blue Celeste is a one column fixed width template that is
blue in color. Rays of Sunshine 2 is an update of his existing Rays of
Sunshine template.

has a nice clean design, and is colored light, with a blue on white
background. It is a variable design that takes up 80% of the screen.

 Brian Diaz from www.HowToMambo.com has released Halo2 GPL. It is a fixed width template that is colored black / grey / orange. Be forwarned, this is a large file. In addition to having a nice template, it has a flash file explaining how to setup the modules, banners, and etc. You will need to first unzip the file before you install it, as it contains the separate zips for the template and tutorial within the zip.
