 CCportal released by Rabencor. This template is based in the previous clusterclouds. Now has a portal style and uses less CSS coding to support more browsers. Is clean, with a little of color and fixed width template.

 Raúl Benavides has released another template for Mambo today called clusterclouds, the template is fixed width with a nice top navigation, colorful header and a cool CSS based main menu.
