Yesterday, joomplates.com released a new commercial template. The MP Tipai template is a fixed width business/shop template, optimized for screenresolutions of 1024x768px or more.
The design based on a three colums layout and supports six differend module positions: left, right, banner, user1, user2 and user3.
The MP Tipai package includes three differend colored versions of the same template: Yellow, orange and green. It can be used with Mambo version 4.5.1 or higher and Joomla version 1.0 or higher. For more informations, please use the following links:

Geo-Sync is the December 2005 JamboWorks Template Club design.
With a clean design and great features, it’s another fantastic addition to the club. Geo-Sync uses the JamboWorks Split-Menu system to provide a unique way to navigate your site.
Not only does it allow you to keep the ‘area’ tab highlighted when in a sublevel element, but also it allows each tab to have it’s own unique color scheme. By default Geo-Sync comes with 5 color variations. Other features include CSS font-sizer as used on joomla.org, as well as many collapsible module positions.
