Mambo 4.5.1 beta is released!

Mambo 4.5.1 Beta has been released! For those of you who love Mambo like myself this is a must see. It has many people in the community very excited as this is probably the best and most feature filled release ever. Mambo just keeps getting bigger, better and stronger and this is just another example of how Mambo is the best cms ever ...

Although it is not recommended to use on production sites yet, I urge as many as possible to download this new version and test it out locally or on non production sites, making sure to report all bugs and problems at mamboforge. This will help the developers sort out any dramas before it is released and is what a beta is all about. The more people that help the better Mambo will be. If you have any problems installing or running it check out the documentation (which is now much better as well) or post at our forum.

The new version boasts some really cool new features and some previews of what to expect in future versions. One of the main areas of improvement is in the backend/admin area. Make sure you let the developers know what you think could be done through the feature request at mamboforge. They really DO listen and have included many requests from the community in this latest release. You will find links below to download, docs, bug report or request a feature.

Be sure to read the great review over at mamboportal.com too, it lists many of the new features and enhancements. And most of all GET INVOLVED. The reason Mambo is so good is due to the hard work put in by the developers and the Mambo community, so lets keep it that way.
