Randy Carver at carver-family.com has released a new template today called Rcarver Clean Dark.
This template is released under GNU/GPL, and utilizes CSS only for positioning. It is not fixed or variable, but has Jello Layout - this means it has a minimum width and a maximum width, but it can be resized between those two widths
