 Released today a new great little tool by Eugene from kizhakethil.net (Mamboserver Forum Nickname: eugsadhu) to ease the creation of Mambo template's XML file used by Mambo Open Source to automatically install templates.
This tool will save you the time used to manually type in the files name included in your template's zip file to the templateDetails.xml file.
This add-on was tested by MamboHut and is working like a charm; download your copy from Mambo Add-ons section. Read the file description for a quick instruction on how to use it, post any problems to the forum

Gichagi based on Peeklime by PEEK, the template feature an african village
picture in the header with some african decoration for the modules header, see

 Lukitar from www.xo2express.com a gaming based website has released his first template to Mambo today called xo2betagame, His template has a real nice header and background, perfect for a game clan site, Luki is also working on more templates for Mambo to be released in the near future. see the template live at the demo and download your copy here
Update: xo2betagame has been updated today to v1.2 to reflect some changes which include:

 Released today 2 outstanding flash templates by Piksi, A1Media(Mambo Music) and A1Hosting(Mambo Hosting) as the name describe them, A1Media is perfect for a records company or simply for music lovers, it has an astonishing flash header, the other one A1Hosting is perfect for a web hosting company, it also feature a real nice flash header, see them live at the demo and grab your copy from here.

mwaki-1 based one of the deafult MOS templates "teamwork" by mamboSkins, the
template feature a nice African graphics style and pictures, the template was
tested by MamboHut to install on Mambo 4.5 , the author is currently working on

 Added to the download section today "Season Greetings" template by REJUVINET.COM, the template has a very nice header with a picture of Santa carrying charismas gifts , The template was released back in December 2003 right before Christmas, it's one of the many professional looking templates made by Dave Daoust.

 The template as described by the author is 3 columns fixed centered template. 100% css design, using a strong red as dominant color. The template validates xhtml 1.0 transitional (tentatively 1.0 strict) & css. It works fine in IE 5.5 & 6, Opera 7.1x, Mozilla 1.6x & Netscape 7.1x (windows OS). It includes a javascript CSS style switcher that works well for all major browsers (from "A List Apart") It uses a CSS menu from LISTAMATIC It finally uses also a special Mambo script preparared by Konlong (based upon mymenu.php), that basically allow the main menu to have a XHTML 1.1 valid CSS output, to permitt an instant use of the CSS menus from LISTAMATIC.
